Spot. is a progressive web application that aims to inform St Andrews students of the capacity of their favorite coffee shops and cafes. Spot. is currently a locally-focused platforms with plans to expand further. Our team's key objectives were to outline research and present financial recommendations, perform competitive analysis and conduct market research, and research possible avenues for app development
FreshStart is a charity based in Edinburgh that assists those transitioning out of homelessness. Our team's key objective involved improving outreach and increasing funding capabilities. Our method included conducting market research on local and national charities, analyzing website and social media structure, and researching volunteering and fundraising engagement
Build a Bundle is an award-wining children's clothing retailer founded by Anna Cargan that sells second-hand children's clothes and accessories sourced from UK parents who value sustainability.
Our team realised that the retailer needed a stronger social media presence and a better understanding of its audience to increase engagement. Market and competitor research was also conducted to improve these issues.
Cuckoo's Bakery is a bakery and specialties cake shop with two brick and mortar cafes located in Edinburgh with delivery offered in surrounding areas. Some of our team's project deliveries included providing competitor analysis of delivery and e-commerce offerings in Edinburgh and developing delivery strategies for potential geographical expansion.
The Royal Anniversary Trust has managed the Queen’s Prizes for Higher and Further Education since 1994, issuing 296 prizes over 14 rounds. Our team’s main project objective was to develop a future strategy for the trust that aligns with their past but also helps them grow and enhance their impact. Our team’s process involved researching competing firms to develop short and long term plans, then meet regularly to learn more about the trust and receive feedback on the project.
